Blaqline helps users build skill through structured application, calibrated feedback, and signal-backed work records. The platform provides developmental analysis, structured reps, and visibility into user work. It does not control external hiring, admissions, promotion, compensation, or employment decisions.

Our purpose is to help people build visible signal through structured application, calibrated feedback, and work that can be inspected.

We believe in human-centered technology that supports judgment, growth, and execution. Blaqline is designed to help users understand their current signal and build from there.

Blaqline operates on principles of clarity, structured application, calibrated feedback, and human agency. We design for disciplined growth, not hype.

AI-assisted features may help analyze resumes, grade work, synthesize feedback, and personalize development paths. These systems support the user experience; they do not replace human judgment, guarantee outcomes, or make employment decisions.

You agree to use Blaqline honestly and lawfully. Provide accurate profile information, submit work that you are authorized to submit, and do not use the platform to misrepresent your identity, experience, credentials, or work.

Respect other users' privacy. Do not upload sensitive information about other people unless you have the right to do so. Do not submit government IDs, banking information, passwords, private keys, or third-party personal information unless a future Blaqline feature explicitly requests it and explains why.

Blaqline does not currently require a separate self-service account management page. For account cancellation, profile deletion, privacy requests, or account support, contact us through the Contact page or email privacy@blaqline.ai from the email connected to your account.

After verifying the request, Blaqline can remove your profile and account records from Supabase and associated platform systems where reasonably possible. Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, payment, legal, dispute, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

These terms reflect our commitment to transparency, user agency, data minimization, and accountable product development.
