How Blaqline handles account data, resume data, platform activity, AI-assisted processing, and privacy requests. We do not sell personal information.
Effective January 1, 2026
Blaqline is committed to handling user data carefully and explaining how account information, resume data, platform activity, submissions, feedback, and signal records are used to operate and improve the service.
NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers to operate the platform, process payments, store data, provide support, improve reliability, and deliver AI-assisted product features.
Blaqline is designed around collecting what is needed to operate accounts, analyze resumes, deliver structured reps, grade submissions, provide feedback, support users, protect the service, and improve reliability.
Blaqline does not need government ID documents, bank routing numbers, desktop screenshots, MAC addresses, hardware identifiers, private keys, passwords, or third-party reference data to provide core skill development features. Do not submit that information unless a future feature explicitly requests it and explains why.
Name, email address, account information, career level, industry, skills, learning goals, resume content, professional background, and information you choose to provide.
Workout progress, Code Room submissions, resume analysis activity, AI-assisted feedback, feature usage, support requests, preferences, and product reliability signals.
Blaqline may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, support, analytics, AI-assisted processing, email, reliability, and security. These providers help operate the product and are not permitted by Blaqline to use user data for their own independent marketing purposes.
AI-assisted processing may be used to analyze resumes, generate development recommendations, grade submitted work, provide feedback, and improve product quality. Blaqline does not use the platform to make automated hiring, admissions, employment, or compensation decisions.
Security Safeguards: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including access controls, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure protections, and operational monitoring where available.
Infrastructure: Blaqline uses managed service providers, including Supabase, to support authentication, database storage, and platform operations.
Access Controls: Access to user data is limited based on operational need, support, security, debugging, maintenance, and compliance responsibilities.
Where GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Blaqline will review verified requests based on your location, the nature of the data, technical feasibility, and any legal or operational obligations that apply.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to personal data associated with your account and may request a portable copy where technically feasible.
You may request account cancellation or profile deletion by contacting privacy@blaqline.ai or support@blaqline.ai from the email connected to your account. After verification, Blaqline can remove your profile and account records from Supabase and associated platform systems where reasonably possible, subject to limited records we may need to retain for security, payment, legal, dispute, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, portability requests, objection requests, or restriction requests, contact Blaqline through the Contact page or email privacy@blaqline.ai.
